Anxiety has been on the rise in many different ways for many people over the last couple of years. Not surprising when you consider that life has been forced to change in ways no one could have expected, for longer than anyone could have anticipated. As mental health workers, we are increasingly dealing with these situations with our clients, and we may not always know exactly how to treat clients with severe clinical anxiety in our horse sessions.
The holidays are often presented as “the most wonderful time of the year.” But are they really
wonderful for everyone? Sometimes we find ourselves on the other side of a momentous life
change that brings about new family dynamics that can be difficult to navigate. Or maybe you

One of the books I am publishing are my Stories of the Herd. Maybe you have already heard of them, I wrote them a long time ago and now they are on Amazon! I am very proud, they have cost me a lot of work and now I am focused on translating them into German.
In the Herd Stories, I am telling you about working with horses in coaching or healing sessions and I am giving you more information about why it works as it works. Some of the sessions are very powerful, and full of visible emotion. In others, you have to listen with your heart to understand what happened. Kiseki’s Tale is one of them.
